    Payment Processing

    For donations, we direct users to the independent platform betterplace.org (gut.org gGmbH). When you click the donation link you leave our website and Betterplace acts as the independent data controller for the entire donation process.     Analytics

    We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to analyse website usage, only where you have given consent.

    Hosting

    This website is hosted using Lovable. Data may be processed on servers outside the EU. Appropriate safeguards are in place where required.

    Contact Forms and Email Handling

    Enquiries submitted via contact forms are processed via email systems. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

    Our contact forms are intended solely for general enquiries.

    Users are expressly requested not to submit sensitive personal data, in particular information relating to health, medical conditions, diagnosis, or treatment, via these forms.

    No marketing tracking tools are used at launch.
